The D.I.P. Modular System (DiMS) is a set of modules for processing of video and audio signals. DMS offers you all the advantages of modular systems: breadth of functions, expandability, multi-format flexibility, space conservation, and integrated control/monitoring. This makes DMS truly cost-effective.
Wide range of modules makes it easy to design a system to suit almost every broadcast and production environment. Modules are housed in 1RU, 2RU or 3RU rack-mounted frames, which have integrated cooling and redundant power supply units for outstanding reliability in demanding conditions of 24/7 broadcasting. Internal control bus, DMSBus, with external Ethernet interface provides real-time, centralized and comprehensive control and monitoring from an operator’s PC or a remote control panel. Each module in a broadcasting system of any complexity can be monitored and controlled from a PC located anywhere in the world.
Modules provide processing of any signals you need, analog or digital, while new modular products permit you to enter the world of High Definition Television. Rich set of input/output interfaces of DMS modules includes: SD/HD SDI, ASI, fiber optic, analog video/audio, AES/EBU (balanced and unbalanced).
